Role Summary

  • Support the MLRO in managing and enhancing the risk assessment system.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice on client acceptance and business continuity.
  • Refine the financial crime monitoring system, including creating rules and scenarios reflecting the company's business models and best practices.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulated banking or payment industry.
  • Profound knowledge of payment operations and card schemes.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Understanding of the Bank of Lithuania's regulations and local regulatory framework.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • AML compliance specialization experience.
  • Eligibility to work in Lithuania.

Our future-facing technology enables finance teams to control and automate company spending at scale. We are looking for an experienced Deputy MLRO to navigate between the applicable AML laws and regulations and evaluate adherence to AML policies and procedures.

The Role: You will work closely with the MLRO in the preparation and management of the risk assessment system as well as development and implementation of AML/CTF policies and procedures. You will support MLRO providing advice to management bodies regarding the acceptance of new clients or the continuation of business relations with existing clients. You will develop and improve the financial crime monitoring system, create new rules and scenarios based on the Company's business models and good international practices.

Job Requirements: You should have at least 3 years’ experience in a regulated banking or payment industry in the finance/payments area. You should have sound knowledge of payment operations and card schemes. You should have strong analytical skills, attention to details and good understanding of the Bank of Lithuania's regulations and the local regulatory landscape. You should have great communication and language skills (English and Lithuanian) and previous experience specializing in AML compliance. You should be based and have the right to work in Lithuania.
