Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in a leadership/senior sales role.
  • Proven success in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Experience in SaaS sales and scaling new territories.
  • Leadership qualities that motivate and inspire.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP ecosystems is a plus.

The Role In line with our rapid growth strategy, we are looking for a Commercial Director to expand our Market share in the DACH region. As a key market for the business, the Commercial Director will have overall responsibility for the new business revenue target and our development of the region. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and work effectively and efficiently to set the strategy, recruit, enable the team, prioritise key targets, work closely with the Regional Marketing Directors and drive successful outcomes.

Job Requirements At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role. Proven experience of over-achievement in a leadership or senior sales role such as Commercial Director, Head of Sales or General Manager. +2 years experience in a Hyper-Growth Startup. Success in launching and scaling a business in a new and competitive territory. Experience selling SaaS products to midmarket companies (100-1000 employees) in an outbound motion. A natural leader who inspires the team. An energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment. Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Kaspr. Experience with the ecosystems of Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is considered a plus.
