The Role As an Account Executive in the Mid-Market space at Humaans, you will be a key driver of our revenue growth and at the forefront of building the company. This role involves building relationships with top leaders, executives, and decision-makers at some of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the world. You will lead our revenue growth ambition in Europe, targeting promising scale-ups and mid-market companies. This is a closing, hands-on role with a path to greater ownership.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years in commercial roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, and experience in top-tier, VC-backed companies or similar high-ambition settings. A proven track record in highly competitive categories, consistently hitting and exceeding quotas is essential. You should have experience closing deals with ARR between $50k-100k range.
