Role Summary:

  • Lead and evolve the Enterprise PMO to deliver change consistently and predictably
  • Implement a robust governance framework across all change portfolios
  • Align efforts with Finance and Portfolio Forums
  • Support our Fruiture strategy by managing stakeholder engagement and influencing behaviours
  • Maximise investment value through efficient CapEx processes and ensure project alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project and programme management, ideally in FMCG manufacturing
  • Expertise in PMO governance, change prioritisation, and benefit tracking
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and matrix management skills
  • Proficiency in Prince2, Lean, and other change methodologies
  • Strategic thinking, passion for continuous improvement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). And that’s where this job comes in.

The role: We’re looking for an Enterprise Change PMO Manager to lead and mature our Enterprise PMO, ensuring that change across the business is delivered with rigour, efficiency, and impact. You’ll be the trusted conscience of our change portfolio, helping us make the right decisions, at the right time, for the right reasons. What you'll be doing includes running and evolving our Enterprise PMO to deliver consistent, predictable change, implementing a robust governance framework across all change portfolios, facilitating Enterprise Change SteerCo and aligning efforts with Finance and Portfolio Forums, leading stakeholder engagement and influencing behaviours to support our Fruiture strategy, managing CapEx processes to maximise investment value and benefit delivery, and overseeing project delivery to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

Job requirements: Proven experience in project and programme management, ideally in FMCG manufacturing. Expertise in PMO governance, change prioritisation, and benefit tracking. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and matrix management skills. Skilled in Prince2, Lean, and other change methodologies. A strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and learning. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings energy and urgency to everything they do.
