The role: As an Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our Individual Giving programme, ensuring sustainable growth in income from individual donors. You will focus on identifying opportunities to engage supporters, implementing activities to cultivate, solicit and steward donors, and increasing financial contributions from both new and existing supporters. You will also work closely with colleagues across Income Generation, Communications, Programmes, and senior leadership to maximise donor opportunities and engagement.
Job requirements: Proven track record in individual giving, donor development, or relationship fundraising. Experience of developing supporter journeys, managing direct mail and calling campaigns. Excellent numeracy skills and proven ability to develop budgets, monitor accounts and calculate ROI. Understanding of UK fundraising regulations and best practice. Strong analytical skills with experience in donor data management and CRM systems. Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of engaging and managing donors. Experience in managing and meeting deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits: The role offers the opportunity to work largely from home, with only occasional visits required to the Oxford office. You must be able to attend two all-staff meetings in Oxford per annum. This position is a full-time role, but part-time or flexible arrangements would be considered. It is a fixed-term contract for two years, with potential to extend depending on funding.
