Role Summary

  • Oversee the entire operational process, from initial production order to customer delivery
  • Manage supply chain, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to scale the business

The role: As the Operations Manager at SunGod, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations process, from the initial production order to the final delivery to customers. This includes managing our supply chain, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment operations. You will work closely with various teams including Product, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure our operations scale effectively and remain resilient as we grow.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with solid experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably within a consumer product or eCommerce business. You should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing or mentoring team members. A proactive approach to building and improving systems is essential.
