Role Summary:
- As part of the Employee Relations team, you will work directly under the Employee Relations Lead
- Your role will involve ensuring efficient execution of all employee relations case work in adherence to legal regulations
- You will play a vital role in helping Wellcome become an exemplary workplace, thereby contributing to our mission
Role Requirements:
- Substantial experience in handling complete Employee Relations cases in a medium or large organization
- Expert understanding and practical application of UK employment law
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable capacity to build trust and effectively coach managers at various levels
- Prior experience in supporting organizational change processes

The role: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be a key member of the Employee Relations team at Wellcome. Reporting to the Employee Relations Lead, you will play an active role in helping Wellcome become the best place to work, supporting the delivery of our mission. Your responsibilities will include supporting line managers to ensure that all employee relations case work is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with legal standards.
Job requirements: The minimum requirements for this role include proven experience in undertaking end-to-end Employee Relations casework within a medium/large organization, strong working knowledge and skilled application of UK employment law, ability to build trust with, challenge, coach, and upskill managers at all levels, and demonstrable clear, confident verbal and written communication skills. Experience in supporting organizational change processes is also required.
