Role Summary

  • Working as a HR Apprentice at Wellcome, you'll be an integral part of the People team.
  • You will be providing comprehensive support across the People team while learning essential HR skills.
  • As part of the People Service Desk, you'll offer administrative support and customer service throughout the Employee Lifecycle.

Role Requirements

  • The minimum qualification for this role is either a Business Management/HR Degree or equivalent apprenticeship.
  • Previous office experience is preferred which could have been gained during a placement year.

The role: As an HR Apprentice at Wellcome, you will be a key member of the People team, reporting to the People Services Lead. This is a developmental role designed to provide comprehensive support across the People team while you learn the basics of HR. You will be part of the People Service Desk, providing administrative support and customer service throughout the Employee Lifecycle. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in HR to begin their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job requirements: The minimum requirements for this role include a Business Management/HR Degree or an equivalent apprenticeship. Office experience is preferred, which could have been gained during a placement year.
