The role: As an HR Business Partner at Wellcome, you will work closely with our Heads of HR to provide strategic HR support and guidance to assigned business areas. This position involves partnering with senior leadership to influence, develop, and drive HR strategies that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent management. Your efforts will enable Wellcome to deliver its mission and become 'the best place to work'.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have HR partnering experience at the Executive/Senior Leadership Team level, expertise in developing and delivering People Strategies aligned with an organizational-wide People strategy, and experience in organizational/change management. Additionally, strong coaching, influencing, and relationship management skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of employee metrics and people data.
