The role: As a People Services Specialist at Wellcome, you will provide senior administrative support and guidance within our People Service Desk. Reporting to the People Services Lead, you will play a crucial role in our People team, helping to develop and implement plans that make Wellcome the best place to work. This supports the delivery of our mission by ensuring effective people administration and query management, driving consistency, and maintaining a customer service mindset.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HR Helpdesk environment at a senior level, managing complex people administration across the full employee lifecycle. This includes visa management, secondments (preferably international), redundancy administration, and support for senior hires and leavers. Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.
