Role Summary:
- Join the People Systems team in the role of People Systems Analyst
- Responsible for the design, build, testing, and maintenance of configuration enhancements across different work systems
- Report to the People Systems Lead within the People Operations team
- Work on the maintenance and development of HR systems, including Workday, to support processes and improve the work experience
Role Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Workday modules
- Experience with complex Workday configuration, security management, integrations, and reporting
- Proven record of delivering high-quality projects under strict timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in Stakeholder Management

The role: As a People Systems Analyst, you will join our People Systems team to support the design, build, testing, and maintenance of configuration enhancements across our People Systems. This role is crucial in enabling Wellcome to become the best place to work and supporting the delivery of our mission. You will report to the People Systems Lead within the People Operations team and help maintain and develop our HR systems, including Workday, to support our processes and enhance the employee experience.
Job requirements: The minimum requirements for this role include deep knowledge of Workday modules, experience in complex and significant Workday configuration, security management, integrations, and reporting. Experience in delivering high-quality projects within tight deadlines and strong understanding of the current People Systems landscape are essential. Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with experience in Stakeholder Management, are required.
