Role Summary

The Role We are looking for an experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Sofia. You will be working closely with our Product, Engineering, Support and Implementations teams to drive operational excellence and solve payment-related issues. You will have the opportunity to experience fast-paced company growth with a start-up mindset operating in the SAAS and Fintech industries.
Job Requirements Good understanding of the SaaS industry and venture-backed businesses. Experience in a fast-scaling, high-velocity and dynamic environment, ideally with a track record of successfully building processes from scratch. Great communication and language skills.
