Role Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools

The role - Payhawk is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our expense management solutions to businesses. This role is focused on strategic leadership, team management, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include building, leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Job requirements - The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with an MBA being a plus. They should have proven experience in a sales management role within the software industry, preferably in expense management solutions, and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with a strategic mindset and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is also necessary.
