The role - Payhawk is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our expense management solutions to businesses. This role is focused on strategic leadership, team management, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include coaching, mentoring and leading a high-performing team of New Business Account Executives, assisting the sales team with your sales experience during prospective customer engagements, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals, and conducting weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews and 1-1’s with your team.

Job requirements - Proven experience in a sales management role within a fast growth SaaS environment. Track record of exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Proven success in recruiting A players and then enabling them to perform to their best abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Native Dutch language skills required.
