Role Summary

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior customer executives.

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales/account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Experience in closing expansions with large multinational corporations.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor to senior finance executives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a high degree of autonomy.

The role - As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of our largest and highest growth potential accounts, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ultimately achieving revenue growth targets. You will develop and maintain strong senior relationships with customers, collect and analyze data to learn more about your customers’ behavior, identify expansion opportunities and formulate account growth strategies. You will also own commercial negotiations and contracting activities with your customers.

Job requirements - We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in a SaaS sales / account management role with a strong track record of revenue quota achievement. You should have demonstrable experience of owning and closing expansions within large multinational organizations and the ability to build strong relations and establish trusted advisor status to senior finance executives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude are also required.
