Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Product, UX, or Interaction Design roles.
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end design process.
- Experience in creating intuitive designs and solving complex challenges.
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design, as well as user research.
- Skilled in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with experience on web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to work well in both team settings and independently.
- B2B or SaaS experience is a valuable asset.

The Role Payhawk seeks talented Senior Product Designers to elevate our UX team’s impact on our fast-paced journey. As a member of our Product team in Sofia, you'll play an instrumental role in shaping seamless Payhawk experiences. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and customer specialists, you'll translate complex requirements into user-centric solutions that engage and delight.
Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product, UX, or Interaction Design role. A portfolio with at least one use case showcasing your end-to-end design process. Passion for tackling complex challenges and crafting intuitive experiences. Excellent skills in interaction design, visual design, and user research. Experience on both web and mobile platforms. Adept at navigating and prioritising work in a rapidly-changing startup environment. Collaborative team player who can also drive projects independently when needed. Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD. B2B or SaaS experience is a plus.
