Role Summary

Role Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with talent acquisition and generalist experience in a high growth setting.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience with HR qualifications.
- Proven track record in leading a People Operations or HR team, preferably in an organization with more than 150 employees.

As a People Director at Busuu, you will run a fully functional HR department, recruit and manage talent, help us with organisational design, coaching and development, and the implementation of learning and development programs. You will also support the COO and the Senior Leadership Team to define, implement and guard the right culture within our London and Madrid office.
Job requirements include 7+ years experience across Talent acquisition, HR business partner and generalist experience working in a high growth environment, holding a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with proof of HR related qualifications and experience in best practice, and experience in leading a People Operations or Human Resources team ideally in an organisation with >150 employees.
