Role Summary

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Engage in 100% outbound activities, including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Initiate successful pilot programs to integrate YoungOnes into client operations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless customer transitions.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A track record of complex sales and developing durable revenue sources.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a drive for excellence.


  • Up to £70K OTE salary, plus a laptop and mobile phone.
  • Travel allowance up to £250 monthly and 3% pension contribution.

About Us: Since 2018, YoungOnes has been connecting freelancers with businesses to work short-term gigs across hospitality, retail, logistics and events. Our simple solution has since become a nationwide staple in the Netherlands, connecting thousands of freelancers to thousands of gigs daily! YoungOnes has landed in the UK! In order to connect freelancers to the coolest gigs, we need the coolest clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) to help us grow our UK business.

The Role: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of the full sales cycle from Hunting to closing. This includes 100% outbound activity including calls, emails, meetings etc. You will be building long-lasting relationships with decision makers (HR, Operation Directors etc.) and launching successful pilots to ensure that YoungOnes will be deployed within the organisation. You will also work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth customer handover.

Job Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You have 3+ years of experience, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a proven track record of handling complex sales and building resilient revenue streams. Your grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. You seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success. You are entrepreneurial by nature.
