Role Summary
- Make complex liability decisions for personal injury claims.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims.
- Proficiency in handling Scottish and high value claims.
- Expertise in dealing with disputes across OIC, MOJ, PAP, and Scottish claims.

The role of Senior Personal Injury Claims Handler involves making complex liability decisions, processing payments, providing claims advice to suppliers, and managing the progression of each claim. You will be handling claims related to Personal Injury and associated Litigation. You will also be involved in internal and external audits.
Job requirements include 5 years of relevant experience in the motor claims space, knowledge and experience of handling Scottish claims and high value claims. Experience dealing with liability and quantum disputes across the OIC, MOJ, PAP and Scottish claims is also required.
