Role Summary

- Proven experience in IT support with a focus on cybersecurity and compliance
- Ability to set up and maintain various tech equipment securely
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, MDM platforms like Jamf Pro
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management tools, such as Okta

The Role As a Tech Ops Specialist, you will be integral to the Architecture division, ensuring the seamless operation of our internal technology systems. Your role will encompass managing transitions for new joiners, leavers, and movers, providing advanced troubleshooting, enhancing AV technology, and incorporating innovative technological solutions in our agile and fast-paced workplace.
Job Requirements We're looking for someone with proven experience in IT support, including exposure to cybersecurity and compliance. You should be competent in setting up and maintaining a variety of tech equipment, ensuring secure configurations. Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, MDM platforms like Jamf Pro, and familiarity with Identity & Access Management tools such as Okta is required.
