Role Summary
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient medical questionnaires across various clinical areas.
- Deliver high-quality digital consultations, ensuring patient engagement and care.
- Prescribe necessary Prescription Only Medications (POMs) confidently and responsibly.
- Provide comprehensive medicines information and education to patients and clinical staff.
Role Requirements
- Valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber for a minimum of 2 years.
- Proven experience in digital patient consultations across multiple health conditions.
- Capability to work independently with the backing of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
- A growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback for professional development.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing digital health companies and build the future of healthcare. We are looking for a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (PIP) who is ambitious and driven, to join our clinical team!
Responsibilities include assessing medical questionnaires from patients across all our clinical categories, engaging in high quality, meaningful digital consultations with patients, prescribing appropriate Prescription Only Medications (POMs), and providing proactive and assimilated medicines information and education to patients, prescribers and other clinical staff.
We offer a salary of £47,000-£50,000 based on experience, a generous stock option plan, a hybrid role with minimum 3 days a week in our London Bridge office, and a range of benefits including a learning & development budget, gym & wellness benefit with Gympass, free eye tests, and discounts on non-prescription MANUAL products.
Job requirements include being an experienced Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (PIP) registered with the GPhC for at least 2 years, experience in providing digital consultations to patients for a range of health conditions, ability to work independently and autonomously, with the support from the MDT Team, and a growth mindset and ability to use constructive feedback for continuous development.
