  • Role Requirements
    • 3-5 years in development or tech support within Tech/FinTech.
    • Strong background in payments and proficiency in JavaScript.
    • Knowledge of API, REST, webhooks, and logs.
    • Coding expertise in Java, PHP, Python, Go, or C#.
    • Outstanding communication skills and relationship building.
    • Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
    • Fluency in English & Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

The Role is looking for a dynamic and proactive Implementation Engineer/Senior Engineer to be responsible for providing our merchants and business partners with a world-class technical support during implementation. The core purpose is to reduce as much friction as possible from the integration process in order to achieve a successful and efficient integration. You will play a critical role in maintaining the trust of our customers, ensuring that any technical queries that arise during the implementation process are answered and escalated when required.

Job Requirements 3-5 years of development or technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company. Strong payments experience would be advantageous. Strong experience with JavaScript. Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required. Strong coding skills in at least one of these languages: Java, PHP, Python, Go, or C#. Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment. Fluency in English & Spanish. Fluency in Portuguese is advantageous.
