Role Summary

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with Enterprise merchants and partners post-integration.
  • Function as a business advisor, brand ambassador, and the primary contact for merchants.
  • Act as a strategic partner, offering product insights and tailored solutions to drive merchant success.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or Customer Success within FinTech/Payments.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports in a dynamic environment.
  • Strategic problem-solving and excellent project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and payment technologies, industry players, and emerging trends.
  • Customer-centric approach with robust relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

The role Checkout.com is actively looking for a strategic-thinking, resourceful and highly driven Account Manager to nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our Enterprise merchants and partners. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful FinTech companies at a turning point of its global expansion. You will be the business advisor and main point of contact to a merchant post integration process. You will act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our merchants.

Job requirements 5+ years’ experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry 2+ years’ experience managing multiple direct reports in a fast paced environment A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills Good knowledge of today’s major e commerce and payments technologies, players and major future trends Customer driven and able to establish robust relationship with assigned customer base Multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to balance multiple opportunities concurrently Fluent in English, Arabic is advantageous
