Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in Compliance Operations with knowledge of 1LOD and 2LOD frameworks.
- 1-2 years of process excellence experience across global units.
- Proficient in developing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
- Proven ability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing projects with strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in merchant acquiring or payment processing risk is a plus.

The Role Checkout.com is looking for a strategic-thinking, resourceful, and highly-driven Process Improvement Specialist - Compliance Operations to help drive process improvement and efficiency across Client Services. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a small, impactful team passionate about driving operational excellence! The ideal candidate is an independent, hard-working individual, able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment and excel through self-motivation and personal drive.
Job Requirements Have a minimum 2 years previous experience in Compliance Operations with a strong understanding of 1LOD and 2LOD framework and responsibilities. 1-2 years of process excellence experience, ideally managing processes and projects across multiple global units. Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures. Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained projects in a deadline-driven environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Experience of merchant acquiring or payments processing risk will be beneficial.
