  • Drive process improvement and efficiency within Client Services.

  • Minimum of 2 years in Merchant Risk Operations (Underwriting, Disputes, or Credit Risk).
  • 1-2 years of process excellence experience, including managing global processes and projects.
  • Proficiency in developing process outlines and flowcharts, and executing implementation procedures.
  • Ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment and manage projects with strict deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of merchant acquiring or payment processing risk is a plus.

The role entails driving process improvement and efficiency across Client Services. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a small, impactful team passionate about driving operational excellence! The ideal candidate is an independent, hard-working individual, able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment and excel through self-motivation and personal drive.

Job requirements include a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Merchant Risk Operations, preferably within one of the following areas: Underwriting, Disputes or Credit Risk. 1-2 years of process excellence experience, ideally managing processes and projects across multiple global units. Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures. Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained projects in a deadline-driven environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Experience of merchant acquiring or payments processing risk will be beneficial.
