We’re the strategic payments partner for some of the best known fast-moving brands globally such as Wise, Hut Group, Sony Electronics, Homebase, Henkel, Klarna and many others.

The role entails providing robust leadership and mentorship to the Acquiring Risk Monitoring team. You will set clear goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations. You will also track and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring compliance with established standards. You will be responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly team performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.

Job requirements include a passion for leading and developing people, inspiring and motivating others. Proven experience in coaching individuals/teams, providing guidance, feedback, and supporting professional development. Ability to receive and provide open and honest feedback, holding oneself and the team accountable against the company’s and department’s values, targets, metrics and KPIs. You should be able to adapt quickly to changes, possess a curious mind, and maintain a high-performance mindset.
