We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Development Lead for our Development Award Programmes. The role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will be pivotal in driving our Development Award Programmes. You will work closely with our Outreach and Marketing colleagues and our customer service centre to ensure that young people are safely recruited and engaged effectively. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be a mentor, a guide, and a champion of change, making a real impact on the lives of young people.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a passionate advocate for young people. The ability to lead initiatives on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion by implementing local action plans that support our broader EDI goals is also crucial.
