Role Summary

The role - what the role entails. We are looking for a Collections Team Manager. The Collections & Recoveries team carry out all debt collection procedures with their own unique approach that is defining the collections culture in the peer-to-business market. This role reports in to the Head of Collections and Recoveries. You will manage a key delinquency Collections team and oversee the successful achievement of individual Collections Executives, departmental and business targets ensuring Investor returns are protected.

Job requirements - any requirements mentioned. We are looking for someone with experience in leading a team and managing performance in some capacity and an understanding of how to coach, mentor and inspire people from a wide range of backgrounds. You should have proven ability in delivering strong performance and always taking ownership for your teams results. You should be an excellent negotiator with business acumen and commercial awareness.
