Role Summary
- Implement the Enterprise and Operational Risk Framework for the UK Business.
- Provide risk-related advice and counsel to the Business and Ops division.
- Support the UK Business Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer in their risk duties.
- Manage key elements of the Operational Risk framework, including KRIs and RCSA.
Role Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior management and offer constructive challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Operational Risk Tools and MS Office Suite.

The role - As a Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for working with the Business and Ops division to implement the Funding Circle Enterprise and Operational Framework for the UK Business to drive sustainable stable growth. You will provide advice & counsel on risk related matters, work with the UK Enterprise Risk Manager to support the UK Business MD and and UK Chief Risk Officer to support them in execution of their risk responsibilities. You will also take responsibility for owning elements of the Operational Risk framework e.g. KRIs, Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA), Operational Risk Event Reporting, Scenario Analysis for the UK business.
Job requirements - We are looking for individuals with 3-5 years relevant work experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required. You should have the ability to gain confidence of senior management and challenge the status quo, as appropriate. Superior problem solving and analytical skills are also required. Good working knowledge of Operational Risk Tools, MS Offices skills Word, Excel, Powerpoint is necessary.
