Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in high-volume sales.
  • A passion for management, mentoring, or coaching; prior experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Track record of meeting goals and maintaining high performance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent skills in building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset.

The role We are looking for a Sales Team Leader (Outbound). This role sits within what we call the “Existing Borrower Retention” team, a subsection of the Direct Sales team. They are the face of Funding Circle to our existing customers and work passionately to make sure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the right funding that they need.

The role We’re looking for an engaged People Manager who will be there to coach, train and develop their team to maximise their potential as well as looking to improve the efficiency and delivery of the team.

Job requirements Experience working in a high-volume sales role. Interested in management and/or mentoring/coaching (experience not essential). Proven to achieve set goals and high performance. Commercially aware with strong business acumen. A strong relationship builder internally and externally. Strategic and forward thinking.
