Role Summary
- Drive improvement in the Tech Supplier landscape.
- Collaborate across Tech business areas to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.

Role Requirements
- Experience with Tech teams and knowledge of the Tech supplier landscape.
- Understanding of supplier management processes or experience in managing supplier programs.
- A track record of adding value through contract negotiations or management.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, communicate complex situations, and make decisions.
- Fast-paced work ethic with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving tenacity and a passion for being part of a high-performing team.

The role At Funding Circle, our suppliers are essential in enabling us to achieve our shared vision of building a better financial world. We recently launched a new Tech strategy that will help us deliver more, faster and the right things into 2024 and beyond. This role will help bring this vision to life - working across different areas of the Tech business to review and improve our Tech Supplier landscape. The successful candidate will be data-driven and be ready to roll-up their sleeves to identify areas of improvement, opportunity and cost savings. They will have the passion to collaborate with peers and stakeholders to achieve a common goal. Where others see problems they will see opportunities and have the tenacity to make change happen.

Job requirements Experience working with Tech teams and an understanding of the Tech supplier landscape A solid understanding of the supplier management process or experience managing supplier programs A proven track record of delivering value through contract negotiations or management You are confident in managing a range of stakeholders - you speak up and can concisely and accurately communicate complex situations that help guide stakeholders to make decisions. You work at pace whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You enjoy problem solving and are tenacious in pursuing solutions.
