Role Summary

  • Lead customer onboarding and product setup, ensuring a smooth transition from purchase to launch.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation processes, understanding and addressing customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams for a seamless customer handover.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in data implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a record of on-time, within-scope project delivery.
  • Insight into customer needs regarding software implementation, with the foresight to overcome potential challenges.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Asana, and a quick learner for new tools.

As a Product Implementation Specialist you'll be at the forefront of helping our customers get the most value out of the Humaans technology and ensuring their are enabled to address their challenges and achieve their goals.

The role You will be working closely with customers to ensure a successful product set up and onboarding experience from purchase to launch. Managing implementation processes end-to-end understanding customers' challenges to achieve the target timelines and goals set. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer handover.

Job requirements Proven experience in owning data implementation projects, particularly in a SaaS environment. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. A deep understanding of customer needs in the context of software implementation, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions. Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a knack for harmonising efforts and driving collaborative success. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Asana and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
