Role Summary

  • Facilitate the integration of Birdie's software into partners' care businesses as an Onboarding Executive.
  • Manage a portfolio of small business partners and guide them through their onboarding journey.
  • Drive adoption of the platform by experimenting with various strategies and ensuring partners grasp the full benefits.
  • Act as a Birdie product expert, enhancing the partners' understanding and effective use of the solution.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads and utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • A proactive approach to understanding customer needs, challenges, and risks.
  • Familiarity with Intercom is a plus, though not required.

The Role: The mission of the Onboarding Executive is to help our partners implement the Birdie software in their care business. You’ll manage a large portfolio of small businesses that are starting out their Birdie journey and your priority is to ensure they achieve key onboarding milestones. You’ll be obsessed with time to value, and experiment with different strategies to successfully drive adoption of key product areas. You will be a Birdie product expert and ensure partners fully understand the benefits of the solution and how to use it effectively.

Job Requirements: You're a super-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and a great willingness to learn and grow as an onboarding executive. You have experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success, with a track record of bringing accounts to success. You're highly organised, you are able to prioritise your workload. You can make systematic usage of data to guide actions and to proactively understand customers’ needs, challenges and risks. Experience with using Intercom is beneficial not essential as training will be provided.
