Role Summary

Birdie is an exciting organisation that is shaping the future of the home care industry in Germany. As our Head of Operations for the German market, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation.

The role entails serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Birdie's partners, ensuring we delight them at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for building up the post-sales function, managing the onboarding, support & CSM teams. Your mission will be to ensure our partners' success when using our product, mitigate churn, facilitate customer onboarding, provide outstanding support, and identify expansion opportunities.

Job requirements include being passionate about leveraging new technological solutions to improve home care for older adults in Germany, speaking German at a native level or equivalent, and being based in Berlin or willing to travel to the office a couple of days a week. You should have excellent communication skills, experience working cross-functionally, and be highly organised, proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
