Role Summary

  • Lead and ensure successful delivery of Birdie’s major Professional Services implementation projects.
  • Direct and manage project operations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious implementation.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for meticulous project execution.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading complex Enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Experience with phased cohort deployment and system transition management.
  • Expertise in project governance for multi-site and franchise organizations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, both virtually and in-person.
  • Ability to identify and drive solutions for project risks, maintaining a positive focus.
  • Adaptable with various project management tools, techniques, and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering results.
  • Project Management qualification (preferred).
  • Experience in homecare healthtech (preferred).

The role As a Senior Project Manager at Birdie, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of Birdie’s largest Professional Services implementation projects. Working directly with customers, you bring meticulous planning and execution of projects with a focus on outcomes. You will be responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating our largest projects, accountable for the day-to-day operational project management to ensure successful implementation of the Birdie solution, on time and in budget.

Job requirements You have a track record of independently leading and project managing multiple complex Enterprise SaaS implementations of a few months to longer than 1 yr. You have managed projects dealing with rolling out new SaaS solutions using a phased cohort approach, often replacing an existing system and changing how the customer operates. You’re experienced with structuring and managing project governance across large multi-site and franchise organisations and working groups. You have excellent communication skills across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy and are excellent at meeting and workshop facilitation, in both virtual and face to face settings, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participation and collaboration in small and large groups. You have experience identifying, owning and driving solutions for project risk, remaining positive and outcome focussed throughout. You’re adaptable and experienced with a range of project management tools and techniques and frameworks with the ability to deploy these appropriately in different circumstances. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines. You get things done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility. You are passionate, driven and can self-motivate. Project Management qualification is advantageous. Experience in homecare healthtech is advantageous.
