The role: As a working student in our Sales team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teammates as we make German healthcare efficient.

Job requirements: Engage with prospects via telephone, email, social media, direct mail channels and networking; Uncover, understand and evaluate prospect's pain points, and iterate on your proposition & approach to drive engagement; Book discovery calls or demos with customers fitting our target profile; Manage our sales pipeline using our Hubspot CRM system; Help inform our GTM strategy and shape our sales strategy, organisation, and culture.

We'd love to hear from you if you: A German native or native equivalent speaker based in Berlin and currently still studying; An excellent communicator, both written and verbal - you can easily explain the benefits of a service, and can simplify complex topics in a way that anyone can understand; Compassionately competitive, with a desire to be the best and to pull your team up with you; Someone who was ideally some first experience in Sales or a very strong drive to develop your career into Sales; Someone who is inspired by, and seeks to embody our values.

Benefits: We’d be nowhere without our team, so we prioritize team happiness, wellbeing, and growth in the respect of our values (B-Corp certified) 🏝 Flexibility. Our offices are in the heart of Berlin, but we operate on a hybrid model. You pick the days you prefer to be in office. 🎂 Time to recharge. Your birthday off, 30 days base holiday, and company closure from Christmas Eve to New Years 🧑‍🎓 Great team to learn from. You’ll be working next to people coming from Gorillas, Palantir, McKinsey, Amazon, and more 🥳 Some fun, too. We organize regular social events and off-sites. They’re not mandatory, but they are a great way to relax with the people you work with.

We are an equal opportunity employer and we strive to reduce unconscious bias throughout our hiring process. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran, neurodiversity status or disability status.
