Role Summary

  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels to drive sales.
  • Identify and understand prospect pain points to tailor engagement strategies.
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos with potential customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with Hubspot CRM.
  • Contribute to the Go-To-Market and sales strategies.

Role Requirements

  • Must be a German native or equivalent speaker residing in Berlin, currently studying.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Competitive nature with a team-first mindset.
  • Prior sales experience or strong ambition to pursue a sales career.

The role: As a working student in our Sales team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teammates as we make German healthcare efficient.

Job requirements: Engage with prospects via telephone, email, social media, direct mail channels and networking; Uncover, understand and evaluate prospect's pain points, and iterate on your proposition & approach to drive engagement; Book discovery calls or demos with customers fitting our target profile; Manage our sales pipeline using our Hubspot CRM system; Help inform our GTM strategy and shape our sales strategy, organisation, and culture.

We'd love to hear from you if you: A German native or native equivalent speaker based in Berlin and currently still studying; An excellent communicator, both written and verbal - you can easily explain the benefits of a service, and can simplify complex topics in a way that anyone can understand; Compassionately competitive, with a desire to be the best and to pull your team up with you; Someone who was ideally some first experience in Sales or a very strong drive to develop your career into Sales; Someone who is inspired by, and seeks to embody our values.
