Role Summary

  • Lead educational curriculum planning, distribution, and execution.
  • Forge partnerships and work with top-tier instructors to develop and deliver impactful sprints and workshops.
  • Align educational content with the needs and expectations of Pollen's members.
  • Directly report to the Head of Operations and Strategy.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in program management and 3 years in curriculum development or learning design.
  • Strong business sense and exceptional content judgment.
  • Outstanding project management skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Customer.io, Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, Amplitude, Vercel, Circle, Memberstack, and Intercom.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship-building and cold outreach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high execution standards.
  • Passion for startups and versatility in job roles.

The role of the Curriculum Program Manager will involve educational curriculum planning, distribution, and execution. This individual will prospect partnerships and collaborate with world-class instructors to deliver high-quality and relevant sprints and workshops that meets the needs and expectations of our members. This role will report into the Head of Operations and Strategy.

Job requirements include 4+ years of program management experience, 3+ years in curriculum development and/or learning design, strong business acumen, excellent taste in content, extremely strong project management skills with a bias for action, proficient in no code, analytics, and product tools such as Figma, Customer.io, Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, Amplitude, Vercel customer.io, Circle, Memberstack, Intercom and more, experienced relationship-builder skilled with cold outreach tactics, strong attention to detail and high quality bar of execution, love of startups, wearing many hats, and getting things done.

Benefits include compensation: $65,000-$85,000, eligible for equity commensurate with experience, unlimited PTO, benefits and health insurance, opportunity to be on the ground level of an exciting opportunity with a talented and mission-driven team. Pollen is a remote-first company but you will have to be available on US-friendly hours. If you’re in NYC, we offer hybrid work.
