Role Summary

The role of Design Lead within our A Fairer Start mission involves working on digital innovation projects. You will support and lead multidisciplinary teams to design or adapt, iteratively-test and scale impactful digital solutions that meet the needs of end users and stakeholders. Specifically, you will work on a programme aimed at delivering projects that demonstrate how we might leverage digital tech and AI to narrow the school readiness gap.
Job requirements include experience of early stage digital product development and testing, experience in more than one design discipline, such as service design, user experience design, product design, etc, including using design thinking and lean/agile approaches. Experience of leading multiple projects to design digital interventions that have met the needs of end users and stakeholders is also required.
