What will you be doing?
The role would include: - Researching a selection of composers, works, genres, historical periods - Identifying interesting facts and information to include in online factfiles - Contributing to our ListenIn timeline with the above information - Identifying existing resources that may be useful to link to - Helping to generate original ideas for online resources to enhance audience's experiences of concerts - Helping to design / create resources including potentially poster-style infographics, diagrams, timelines or videos #LI-Remote
What are we looking for?
Chiltern Arts is looking for a creative, research-driven individual expert who has a passion for classical music. The individual should be motivated and able to work independently, whilst keeping a small team up to date with progress and activities. Some graphic design skills may be useful but are not essential; similarly some knowledge of updating website content would be useful but is not essential. Good IT skills (including use of Google Sheets, Dropbox and Zoom) and excellent written English are essential.
What difference will you make?
You will help us to begin to build an online library of resources that give audiences and young people new ways in which to engage with classical music, helping us to nurture and inspire a new generation of listeners.
