Role Summary

  • Engage with top-tier sponsors, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring sponsor satisfaction.
  • Manage and track financial reporting, partnership nurturing, and Salesforce administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and event success.
  • Develop long-term relationships and meet with clients to maximize return on investment.
  • Participate in client outreach, service delivery, and sales support activities.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, be detail-oriented and understand the bigger picture.

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the Founders Forum team to play a significant role in supporting the Partnerships Team. In this role, you will be at the front-line of engaging with our sponsors, ensuring customer satisfaction and that each sponsor gets maximum value from the partnership.

Applicants must possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be highly motivated and self-driven. Applicants must also be capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment, handling daily tasks including, but not limited to: customer service, financial reporting and tracking, partnership nurturing, Salesforce administration

The Role

Founders Forum relies on our Sponsors & Partnerships to bring our events to life. Your main priority will be on sales operations and account management of these sponsors and partners for our highly-curated events across London, New York, Berlin & Singapore; to ensure high-level delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

  • A strong sales operations focus, act as a key member for the Partnerships Team and wider events team, to ensure partners have a seamless transition pre-, during-, and post-sale
  • Be a key point of contact for select partners which include the likes of Goldman Sachs, De Beers, Loro Piana, McKinsey
  • Managing the relationship to ensure we are meeting set deliverables and recording/following up with the actions post meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring quality control standards throughout execution of an agreement
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Founders Forum products and pitch the Founders Forum value proposition
  • Account management of clients, working closely with customers to ensure ROI 
  • Nurture and develop sustainable long-term relationships with customers and meet with customers face to face, over the phone, virtually or in writing
  • Proactively respond to inbound enquiries
  • CRM Management, responsible for maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
  • Reporting into the Head of Partnerships and assisting with targeted client outreach and key client customer service
  • Supporting sales team as needed with drafting and managing booth and sponsorship contracts
  • Attend Founders Forum events as required to support client delivery on site
  • Ad hoc sales projects as needed

What success looks like 6 months in…

  • The accounts you are managing are running like a well oiled machine with accurate recording and  communications
  • You are seamlessly liaising with content, logistics & marketing teams to foster strong collaboration across these departments in order to ensure perfect delivery of our partnership agreements
  • Successfully planning a strategic expansion of client accounts, proactively offering solutions through FF, LTW, Tech Nation and mapping out bespoke solutions. This includes upselling, cross-selling, negotiating contract renewals with favourable terms
  • Your clients are wowed by the clarity and proactive approach and enjoy working with you


  • You’ve had some work experience in a sales operations related role 
  • You are hungry to learn
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter with ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute adjustments and rapidly changing agendas
  • You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You are able to select the appropriate form of communication for a given situation
  • You work well in a team
  • You are creative and resilient and able to influence and manage stakeholders
  • You are structured, detail oriented and organised while being able to understand the big picture
