Role Summary

  • Lead the implementation of Birdie's software for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Manage multiple projects, focusing on customer onboarding at scale.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value accounts during implementation.

  • Proven experience in onboarding/implementation with large accounts, project management, or customer success at the enterprise level.

The Role: The mission of the Implementation Manager is to help our mid-market and enterprise customers to implement the Birdie software across their business at scale. You will manage a number of projects in parallel with a focus on onboarding, and be the main point of contact for a number of high-value accounts throughout their implementation. You’ll take a consultative role with each customer to ensure that you are able to gather requirements, including technical requirements. You’ll liaise across internal and external stakeholders, and execute onboarding strategies to ensure success.

Job Requirements: You're a super-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. You have experience in onboarding/implementation with large accounts, project management, or enterprise-level customer success management. You're able to fix next steps and deadlines very clearly thanks to outstanding and clear communication on what's expected from the customer. You are proactive and always looking to delight customers. You're highly organised, you are able to structure and prioritise your workload to achieve your targets.
