Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and results monitoring.
  • Intermediate English is preferred.
  • Readiness for field work and travel.

We are looking for a professional with a commercial profile to work in the marketing team of Manual in Brazil. This person will play an important role in opening and developing a new customer acquisition channel for Manual, the partnership channel. The professional will be responsible for all initiatives related to this channel, from prospecting partners, presenting the company, negotiating, implementing, monitoring results and relationship with partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact potential partners and schedule visits to present the company and the business model. Develop, together with the team, a comprehensive engagement strategy for affiliates and partners with acquisition goals, objectives and execution plan. Analyze the indicators and scenario of the programs, monitoring results, identifying opportunities for strategy change and/or development of new initiatives, analyzing the engagement and interest of partners with the brand, among others. Develop and maintain relationships with partners and affiliates to explore opportunities and improvements in partnership results, including visits to partners. Be responsible for mapping and prospecting new opportunities, control of results and monthly goals. Work with other teams to jointly develop action plans that promote the improvement of results and problem solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience with partnership and affiliate development. Communicative profile and good interpersonal relationship Proactivity for anticipation and problem solving Ability to trace your work routine and make decisions Good verbal and written communication skills (mastery of the Portuguese language) Hands-on profile, that makes it happen Fast learning and flexibility of adaptation Organization and multi-tasks Knowledge of powerpoint and excel for presentation to customers/ monitoring of results Intermediate English desirable Availability for field work and travel.
