Role Summary

  • Conduct comprehensive UX research on AI and Analytics products to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather insights that drive product strategy and decision-making.
  • Utilize mixed-methods research to explore new product opportunities and influence product roadmaps and design.
  • Communicate findings effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Role Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research, preferably with AI/analytics products.
  • Proficient in a wide range of research methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of impacting product direction through strategic research and storytelling.
  • Educational background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar fields.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UX Researcher to work on our AI and Analytics products. In this role, you will conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product development and design decisions. You will work across 2-3 cross-functional product teams, helping them gather insights that inform product strategy as well as enabling them to ask and answer questions on their own. You will tackle greenfield and net-new product opportunities, drawing from your extensive expertise in mixed-methods research, creativity, and critical thinking. You will bring teams along on the journey of your discoveries, collaborating closely with PMs, designers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners.


  • 5+ years experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research, ideally informing AI / analytics products and features
  • Experience leveraging a broad range of research methodologies across the various stages of product development, informing both strategic and tactical decisions
  • An excellent communicator, dynamic cross-functional partner, and excelling in presenting findings to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
  • Track record of influencing product roadmaps and design decisions, especially ones that may be complex or ambiguous in nature, demonstrated by a strong research portfolio and compelling storytelling
  • Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar
