Role Summary
- Manage the development of our internal communication tools and intranet platform.
- Handle the strategy for global internal communications, enhance knowledge management and staff engagement.
- Responsible for the platform's user engagement, design, navigation, content, and training.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the intranet after initial design.
Role Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing and implementing intranets or collaboration software.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and comfort with social software and web-based technologies.
- Experience in leadership, stakeholder management, and team management.

The role: As the Global Internal Channels Management Lead in Global Communications, you will spearhead the strategic development of our primary intranet/platform and internal communication tools. This includes managing the strategy for global internal communications, improving knowledge management, staff engagement, and utilization of the new intranet platform. You will be responsible for the visual design, site navigation, content, user engagement and training, coordination with key stakeholders, and overseeing the relevant technology. Post initial design, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the intranet and other internal channels.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience managing and implementing intranets or collaboration software. You should be familiar with Google Suite and have a high comfort level with social software and other web-based technologies. Experience in leading a team and managing stakeholders, including vendors and internal tech teams, is crucial.
