Role Summary
- Manage and develop a portfolio of retail stores
- Conduct store surveys and negotiate product referrals
- Optimize product placement and promote sales operations
- Use CRM tools to oversee sector activities and ensure top-quality reporting
- Stay ahead with competitive and product market analysis
Role Requirements
- Current student pursuing a degree in business (Bac +4/5 level)
- A passion for organic food and environmental sustainability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a balance of autonomy and teamwork
- Resilience, boldness, and a touch of creativity
- Prior commercial experience, especially in specialized circuits or retail
- Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

The role involves following and developing your portfolio of GMS stores, carrying out linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores in your sector, negotiating the referencing of assortments in point of sale, defending and optimizing the implementation of our products in stores, selling promotional operations and obtaining the best locations, piloting the sector activity via our CRM tools and ensuring quality reporting of daily activity, ensuring a competitive and product field watch and reporting relevant information to headquarters.
Job requirements include being a student in Bac +4/5 in business school or university (type IAE), you have a real sensitivity to organic food and the issues it represents and benefit from excellent interpersonal skills and combine both autonomy and team spirit. You are tenacious and audacious and show creativity. Ideally, you have a first commercial experience (field or store) in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS, you are rigorous and master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular).
Benefits include a daily meal allowance of 17€30 and 100% coverage of the transport subscription.
