Role Summary

  • Lead office management tasks with a focus on fostering a positive culture.
  • Coordinate an upcoming office move and manage relations with various vendors and facility management.
  • Organize office social events, manage weekly provisions, and maintain an orderly office environment.
  • Provide executive support, including calendar and travel management, for the senior team.

Role Requirements

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations smoothly and creatively work within budget constraints.
  • Experience with executive support and managing a diverse range of office tasks.

WiredScore is looking for an Office Manager to join our London team. The right person for the role will champion a positive, inclusive and collaborative office culture. The role requires impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail and good judgement, to make the office a place where teams are happy and supported to be as productive as possible.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Office management (85%)
    • Facilitate office move (likely June-July), coordinating with suppliers to ensure agreed deadlines
    • Liaise with building facility management and vendors throughout office tenancy (inc. cleaning, repairs and security)
    • Planning and coordinating office socials (quarterly), celebrations and stash (ad hoc) being creative to make the most of limited budget
    • Order weekly breakfast, snacks and refreshments for UK and NYC offices
    • Manage correspondence (phone/email/post)
    • Maintain an orderly office, ordering supplies and equipment when necessary
    • Organise and ensure the smooth running of our fortnightly global company call
  • EA support to Executive team (15%):
    • Calendar management for senior team, including room bookings, restaurant bookings and international travel
    • Booking quarterly Board and Advisory group meetings
    • Signing documents for ExCo
