Role Summary:
- Support the design and implementation of ETI’s monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) strategy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning across ETI member organisations and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the quality and effectiveness of ETI's initiatives, ensuring impactful outcomes.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in a MEL role or consultancy, preferably in international development or a global commercial organisation.
- Capability in developing MEL frameworks and supporting others through the process.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The role entails supporting the design, development and implementation of ETI’s monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy to ensure the quality and effectiveness and to demonstrate impact. You will be facilitating ethical trade knowledge sharing and learning across ETI member organisations and other key stakeholders – internationally and in the UK.
Job requirements include experience in a monitoring and evaluation role or consultancy for international development or global commercial organisation, experience in supporting others to develop MEL frameworks, and a good understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection and analysis. High level analytical, strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills are also required.
As part of this consultancy role, you will be expected to attend meetings at our office in London. The contract is fixed for 6 months, from mid-April to mid-October, with a workload of 3-4 days per week. The monthly fee is up to £4,500.
