Volunteer Data Connectivity Assistant

What will you be doing?

Assist in the organisation, inventory, and distribution of data SIM cards.  ● Maintain accurate records of SIM card distribution and ensure compliance with data usage policies.  ● Collaborate with Data connectivity manager and team members to respond to inquiries and provide information about data plans and connectivity options.  ● Support beneficiaries in activating and using data SIM cards effectively.  ● Help with troubleshooting and addressing technical issues related to data connectivity.  ● Participate in data collection and reporting to evaluate the impact of the SIM card program.  ● Provide guidance and support to individuals, ensuring they understand how to use data for educational and digital inclusion purposes.

● Enthusiasm for digital inclusion and a commitment to our mission.  ● Strong organisational and communication skills, and administrative experience.  ● Basic knowledge of mobile devices and data connectivity.  ● Patience and empathy in assisting individuals with varying levels of tech proficiency. ● Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
