Role Summary:

  • Manage commercial performance for a portfolio of key UK retail accounts.
  • Analyze current business and develop strategies for account growth.
  • Plan and negotiate successful commercial agreements.
  • Build exceptional customer relationships and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Report on forecasts, sales, and product listings.

Chilly’s are actively looking for a forward thinking and positive Junior Account Manager to support the next stage of the Chilly's journey, as we supercharge our business growth.

In pursuit of our mission to accelerate the adoption and everyday use of reusable products we have now expanded the range to include a wider selection of reusable products with many more exciting products in development! Our products are created for an active urban lifestyle, with the perfect balance of distinctive style and unrivalled performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the B2B retail team, who work with the biggest retailers in the UK and across Europe. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the team in the development and implementation of Chilly’s ‘Going Global’ B2B strategy while developing ownership of your own work streams and customer relationships. 

This is a full time position. We have a fantastic London office in Shoreditch. We believe in flexibility and value collaboration, and we are all currently working in a hybrid pattern, working 2 to 3 days per week in the office (and more on the rare occasions we need to) and the rest of our week remotely.

The Role

  • Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of UK retail key accounts (e.g.John Lewis, Urban Outfitters, Fenwick, Liberty etc)
  • Understand the existing business and develop account growth plans
  • Planning and negotiating successful commercial agreements 
  • Create the conditions for phenomenal customer relationships through great account management and cross-functional working 
  • Reporting on forecasts, sales out, listings etc


  • Strong commercial experience 
  • Proven track record and accountability delivering sales within​​ a successful competitive sales environment 
  • Knowledge of UK / EU retail market 
  • Strong drive, energy and tenacity to succeed
  • Strong commercial mindset 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop and deliver compelling commercial propositions
