About the Role

As a Data Administrator at Vestd, from day one you will play a crucial role in keeping data and records up to date. The role has scope for development into diverse and dynamic roles depending upon the candidate’s skillset and interests. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a love for understanding and solving complex challenges, and a passion for refining processes. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure your success.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborating closely with other teams to support customer activity with data driven tasks.
  • Gaining an understanding of equity and share schemes.
  • Using that understanding to review and validate detailed documents, and ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Organising and inputting data onto the Vestd platform.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and streamlined reporting.
  • Providing valuable support to the wider Customer Success Team on various business projects.

The core skills we are looking for are as follows, with bonus points on offer to help you really stand out from the pack:

Essential

  • Previous experience in Data Administration, Data Analysis, or similar administrative roles.
  • Keen and proven eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to understand complex rule based systems.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work and learn autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with numerical data.
  • Ability to identify trends for informed decision-making.
  • Comfortable with remote work, with ideally at least 1 year of experience.
  • Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Degree-educated or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with the HubSpot platform or a similar CRM.

Bonus Qualifications

  • HubSpot experience.
  • Experience of G-Suite and Slack.
  • Experience of working in a remote team.
  • An understanding of how equity and company structures work.
  • Experience of communicating with customers in English.
  • Experience of understanding complex rule based systems.
